Argos Translations “Best Company for Working Mothers”
In November of 2007, Argos Translations entered a nation-wide contest organized by the Rzeczpospolita Newspaper aimed at finding “The Best Company for Working Mothers” in Poland. After a rigorous application process that included both surveys and interviews with the majority of Argos’ female employees, Argos Translations along with a handful of other businesses reached the final stage of the contest and was awarded the title of the “Best Company for Working Mothers”.
Fifty percent of Argos’ management and more than half of Argos’ full-time staff are females and the company works hard to offer wide benefits (including an extended leave of absence period with guaranteed job security), and a supportive environment for working mothers.
