Account Manager

Description:
Account Manager will generate sales activity internationally. The person will also be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term business relationships with our current clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Major emphasis will be placed on new client development, which will include an element of account management
  • Close collaboration with other departments
  • Client relationship building
  • Maintenance of relationships with existing clients
  • Networking
  • Travel to client sites, international trade shows and conferences
Requirements:
  • Proficient in English with proficiency in other languages being an advantage
  • Excellent networking and people skills
  • Strong customer support skills
  • Excellent communicator
  • Sales, business or customer service experience would be an additional benefit
  • Strong organization and planning skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Prior localization sales experience and knowledge of localization as well as translation processes will be considered an advantage
