Clinical Trial Translations

Project Brief:

Argos Translations was chosen by a leading US medical and pharmaceutical manfuacturer to provide clinical trial translations prior to releasing a line of their medical technology products & services across multiple markets.

The problem:
The client needed a reliable translation vendor capable of performing quality clinical trial translations while taking on extra DTP tasks (template/layout adjustments, file formatting and preparation). Argos also offered automated workflows (through CMS integration) that helped the client manage their global language projects easier. Overall, the clinical trial translations project consisted of multiple language batches and Argos supported our client across:

 

The solution:
Argos adapted the client's content and assisted in resolving their technical language-related problems. The clinical trial translation assignment was complex, but Argos adjusted its workflow in a manner that allowed the client to spend more time focusing on their core business. Argos also offered our client the use of Argos TMS to help automate some of the most common translation tasks involved across this clinical trial translation project (incl. translation of repeat content, terminology and glossary management and usage of Translation Memory to diminish overall costs).

By the date of delivery, the client had become exteremely satisfied with Argos' cooperation and assigned Argos as their leading partner for language and translation-technology related projects.
