EU Translation of Regional Policy Guide

Project Brief:

Multiple regional, local as well as international government institutions count on Argos Translations to deliver high quality translation and localization services. Recently, one of EU’s departments responsible for regional development commissioned Argos to complete a translation of a regional policy guide that incorporated extensive investment estimate analysis.

The project’s technical language consisted of over 100,000 words that needed translation from English into Polish in less than 2 months time. Argos approached the project by designating a specialized team of translators, quality assurance reviewers and a project manager who overlooked all of the translation work for this assignment.

Argos’ production team used Trados throughout the course of the project to aid and assist during translation and help streamline all necessary work. In effect, Trados helped to cut down production costs allowing Argos to pass the savings back to our client, leaving the EU bureau extremely satisfied with the final translation.
