Project Brief:

Argos Translations was commissioned a telecom translation project for one of our clients from telecommunication systems industry. The client is a leading IT/CSS solutions firm offering IP solutions and sales support applications for companies around the globe. They contacted Argos to perform an IT/CC solutions translation along with review, quality assurance and desktop publishing from English into Polish.

The project consisted of over 3,500 words that Argos was responsible for translating in under 4 days.
In order to meet the deadline as well as complete all preparation work of PDF files for translation, Argos dedicated a skilled team of translators, DTP specialists and reviewers to work on this assignment. The team accurately adapted all of the content returning the translation both in PDF and word files, even though some of the initial source content was not in a text format.

The client, being very satisfied with the end result, forwarded Argos further translations for which we created new TM databases for future use. With these TM databases, Argos will improve its overall speed of delivery while maintaining translation consistency and reducing project costs for this client.
